I liked the idea, even took it as a challenge for an experienced pizzaiolo. Would I be able to do it? How to express the taste and not scare people with unusual ingredients?

Active work on the creation of this pizza has begun. A lot of time and effort was spent: at first it was so-so, but during the development everything was aligning. Now we found the right recipe: tiger shrimp, scallop, oyster mushrooms, cilantro, cherry tomatoes, coconut milk, mozzarella and tom yum paste.
